FAQs

  • Somatic massage combines traditional bodywork with an awareness of the mind–body connection. While a standard massage focuses mainly on muscle relaxation and physical tension, somatic massage also supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and a deeper sense of presence in your body.

  • Life coaching is a collaborative process that helps you clarify your goals, navigate transitions, and uncover what may be holding you back. Sessions may include guided reflection, somatic practices, and tools to help you take aligned action. You can expect a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel deeply heard and supported.

    Coaching differs from therapy in that it is future-focused and action-oriented, designed to help you create change and move toward what you want. Therapy often works more with past experiences, trauma, or mental health concerns, while coaching supports you in building awareness, confidence, and momentum in your present and future.

  • You are welcome to book each service individually or weave them together. Many clients find that combining massage, yoga, or somatic practices with coaching allows for deeper healing and integration, as both the body and mind are supported in the process.

  • For bodywork sessions, you are welcome to remain fully clothed, partially undress, or undress completely — whatever feels most comfortable for you. You will always be appropriately draped with sheets or blankets to ensure privacy and ease. Bodywork can also be adapted to work through clothing or layers.

    For life coaching or yoga-based sessions, wear clothing you can easily move in. You may also wish to bring a journal, water, and anything else that helps you feel grounded.
