Fall 2025 Retreat:
Nature, Nurture and Nourish
Join us in Lyons, Colorado, on the cusp of summer and autumn to celebrate the turning of the seasons in community.
Led by wellness facilitator and life coach Taylor Lee alongside her father, celebrity chef Brett McKee, this mini-retreat invites you to connect with your true nature in the outdoors, nurturing your mind and heart, and nourishing your body.
We’ll move gently and meditate in the beauty of the land, share in meaningful community connection, release and restore through breathwork, and enjoy a vibrant, seasonal vegan dinner.
Together, we’ll set intentions for the autumn ahead. 🍂
